Devil's Backbone

Coming down from the Mt. Baldy Summit. “The Devil’s Backbone”. My first time there, I was running down not aware of the history or dangers about running down a very narrow and slippery trail. I was confident I could handle the pace without slipping, tripping or sliding down "The Devil's Backbone". The truth is I was not aware that it was given the name because it was indeed a very dangerous area. That is until one of my running Angels warned me about the danger of running down that portion of the trail. As customary, I listened to my Angel and slowed down. I survived my first time there as well as many others.
