Enjoying the Island music and sounds while visiting my long lost family in Dorado Puerto Rico. Being an avid runner, I never stopped training. There was always a race on my schedule, so skipping a training session was not an option. I always made sure all my training gear was packed before I packed anything else. Of course it was a carry-on, to make sure it arrived with me in case my luggage was
delayed. Most of my training sessions in Puerto Rico were memorable....the views were majestic and the music was inspiring.
